Getting your wedding outfit right is no easy task. A few years ago, I attended my father's registry office do in a vintage dress, jangly jewelleryand high-heeled boots. I thought I looked refined and romantic and didn't even notice the glances from the other guests who were in pastelsuits and big hats. It was only when I saw the photos that I realized I looked like a meddlesome gypsy fortune-teller. But there's no need foryou to make the same mistake - with nuptials happening in venues of varying degrees of formality, we've created a guide to ease the pain.
